1. Book Your Free Consultation 

• When you book a service or request an estimate through our website, we prioritize understanding your needs first.

• We offer a free, no-obligation on-site consultation for all properties located within our 50-mile service radius. For service addresses exceeding the 50-mile limit, a nominal mileage fee will apply to the consultation.

 

2. Site Evaluation & Accurate Quoting

• A Solana Solar certified technician will visit your location on the scheduled date to perform a thorough evaluation of your existing solar system.

• This consultation allows us to accurately assess system size, components, condition, accessibility, and determine the exact scope of work and necessary parts, ensuring your final quote is comprehensive and highly accurate.

 

3. Scheduled Service & Code-Compliant Work

• Shortly after your consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote for the required maintenance or repair.

• Once the quote is approved, we will schedule a convenient date to return and perform the necessary work, delivering professional service that ensures your system is operating safely and efficiently according to the latest modern installation standards.​

 

To ensure efficient scheduling for all clients, Solana Solar requires a $50 deposit to be paid upon booking for all non-consultation services. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

 

Additionally, to enhance your experience, Solana Solar provides complimentary service within a generous 50-mile radius of our base location (Wentzville, MO). For customers located outside this area, we apply a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile, which is calculated based on a round-trip distance from our office. This transparent pricing structure allows you to budget effectively while still receiving top-notch service, no matter where you are located.
