Microinverter Replacement & Warranty Management

Service Description

We take the hassle out of hardware failures. Replacing a microinverter involves more than just swapping a part; it requires getting on the roof, removing solar panels, managing high-voltage DC connections, and re-mapping your monitoring system.

What Our Service Includes:

  • RMA & Warranty Handling: We don't just fix the roof; we fix the paperwork. We contact the manufacturer (Enphase, Chilicon, APsystems, etc.) on your behalf to process the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and secure your free replacement unit under warranty.

  • Safe Removal & Reinstall: Our NABCEP-certified technicians safely detach the solar panel, disconnect the faulty unit, and install the new microinverter using proper torque specifications to prevent future grounding issues.

  • System Re-Mapping: After installation, we update your monitoring map so the new serial number registers correctly in your app, ensuring you can see that panel producing power again immediately.

  • Disposal: We handle the shipping of the old unit back to the manufacturer.
